Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Qualifications • 1–3 years of Warehouse Supervisor experience • Minimum 3 years of inventory management experience • High School Diploma (HSD) required • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) • Strong attention to accuracy and accountability
Required Experience • Warehouse operations • Team management experience (managing 3–4 team members) • Hands-on leader who has worked on the warehouse floor alongside the team • Strong computer skills; SAP experience preferred • Experience with inventory systems, inventory control, and inventory accounting • Self-starter with strong leadership and problem-solving skills • Strong potential for growth within the company
Ideal Candidate Profile • A hands-on warehouse leader who actively works alongside the team on the warehouse floor. • Experience managing a team of 3–4 employees. • Strong inventory management and warehouse operations background. • Detail-oriented, accountable, and proficient with warehouse systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office. • Self-motivated with excellent leadership skills and the ability to grow within the organization. |
