Description:
***Top 3-5 Must Have Skills (Model based systems engineering, avionics, embedded systems, avionics)***
• Responsible for development, systems integration, and verification of core Aircraft State and/or Aircraft Systems monitoring and synoptics applications to be hosted on the Next Generation Avionics Platform.
• Candidate should have an Engineering or Computer Science degree and experience in one or more of the following disciplines: • Systems/software requirements development, validation, integration or verification, • Model based system design (using Simulink, preferred) • Arinc 661 graphics development (using Scade, preferred) • Experience working with sensors used for aircraft position, navigation (Air Data, AHRS, GPS) • Experience integrating or interfacing with aircraft systems (flaps, gear, cabin pressure, FADEC, …)
• Bachelor's degree and at least 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Performs a variety of tasks. • May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. • Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. |
