• As a Materials Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our materials management processes, ensuring that our supply chain operates efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
• You will report directly to our Materials Planning Supervisor, and report out of the Clearwater, FL plant.
• In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of our supply chain by managing inventory levels, analyzing material requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. • Implement material intercompany purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions to ensure correct supply levels for operation.
• You are responsible to resolve material related issues due to supply-based problems, inventory errors or demand changes. • You are the liaison of cross functions and internal stakeholders, such as planning, operations, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze material inventory position, shortages, and supply risks • Investigate and resolve material-related issues caused by supply disruptions • Monitor shortage reports, open demand, and past due materials • Coordinate daily with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to understand and resolve material shortages • Escalate critical shortages with clear communication and recommended actions • Develop and maintain reports, trackers, and analysis to improve material visibility, shortage management, and operational decision making • Ensure execution of critical tasks to support shop performance and customer satisfaction
YOU MUST HAVE:
• 3+ years of experience in Planning Experience with MRP/ERP Systems/SAP Experience in manufacturing planning • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (namely Excel, Access, Power BI)
