• The ISC Project Management Coordinator is a key administrative and project support role responsible for providing site-wide coordination, event management, data analysis, and executive administrative support. 
• This position works closely with site leadership, including the Plant Director, to support operational objectives, employee engagement activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute site-wide events, meetings, employee engagement activities, and town halls.
• Manage event logistics, communications, and follow-up actions to ensure successful outcomes.
• Gather, analyze, and report data using advanced Microsoft Excel skills to support business decisions and site initiatives.
• Develop and maintain professional PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings and communications.
• Provide administrative support to the Plant Director and site leadership, including calendar management, correspondence, and documentation.
• Support onboarding activities, training coordination, and employee recognition programs.
• Track project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance site efficiency.
• Serve as a central point of contact for site communications and employee support needs.
 

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
