KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide technical skills and abilities to engineering teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects * Become an expert in PLC integration and troubleshooting for a complex automated system. * Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and manage system requirements, ensuring they are well-defined, complete, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle * Develop and execute test plans, analyze test results, and drive corrective actions * Supervise a small team of 2 to 3 and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion YOU MUST HAVE * Experience in systems or industrial engineering * Experience with PLCs * Mastery of knowledge in equipment integration, implementation, and troubleshooting * Ability to work under minimal supervision WE VALUE * Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field) * Associatess or technical degree in automation (Industrial Controls, Robotics, or related field) * Experience with Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC. * Experience in SQL and Databases. * Experience in working complex system integration projects * Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Passion for innovation and continuous learning * Attention to detail * Excellent problem-solving capability |
